• All order/personal information provided to OriginalKeyless is kept strictly private for your convenience and peace of mind. We do not share or distribute any of your information.




• Consumer Agreement

• By purchasing through OriginalKeyless.com you are consenting to the OriginalKeyless.com terms of service and agree to be bound to the terms of sale, shipping & delivery, expressed warranties and return policy.




• Shipping & Delivery

• OriginalKeyless.com currently ships orders WORLDWIDE.

  U.S. Domestic shipments are sent via USPS PRIORITY MAIL through USPS at a flat rate of $7.50 for 1, 2, 3, or 4, or up to 100 items together.

  Average delivery time for domestic mail is 4-10 days.

  International shipments (including Canada and Mexico) are shipped via USPS International at a flat rate of $19.95 for 1, 2, 3, or up to 100 items together.  International delivery times vary based on location.

  Please allow up to 10 days for orders to arrive, and up to 21 days for any misrouted packages to be redirected and delivered. Please direct all shipping inquiries by email to OriginalKeyless@aol.com. Be sure to include your First & Last name, as well as your invoice number with your inquiry to ensure prompt processing.

  Please note that once an order has been initially invoiced, an in depth process involving inventory rotation and custom orders for each customer's vehicle are put in motion.  After initial payment authorization, an order can not be canceled for any reason.   




• Sales Tax

• Original Keyless charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for orders shipped to the state of Arizona only.




• Warranties

• Keyless Entry Remote orders through OriginalKeyless.com are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty covers remote function and battery power. If you suspect a fault or defect with your order within 1 year, please contact us at OriginalKeyless@aol.com to arrange your return & inspection. If a defect is found with your returned merchandise and no tampering is evident - an even exchange will be provided.




• Return Policy

• If you intend to return an order from OriginalKeyless.com - please review the following:

  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. OriginalKeyless.com ships your original order with the shipping charges paid when your order is placed. If an exchange is requested, the return shipment BACK to the customer is paid by OriginalKeyless.com at no extra charge to the customer.

  All returns are subject to inspection to ensure no tampering (i.e. component removal/swapping, sabotage) has occured. If tampering is evident all implied warranties are null & void. Returns for suspected fault or defect are subject to exchange or store credit only.

  For key / transponder key / or remotes that have key blades permanently attached (remote-key combo units):  These item types are only able to be returned for credit if they are still in UNCUT key blade condition as shipped.   Cut keys/transponder keys are NOT returnable for credit.   Remote units with permanent key blades attached are ONLY returnable for exchange of inner electronics if requested.   

  Returns for purchase price refunds must be in resaleable condition and received within 14 days of customer's original shipment receipt.  A 25% restocking fee is applied for tested and functional returns.

       IMPORTANT:   For remote orders requesting a REFUND for a programming issue, a copy of your service invoice showing any programming issues from a local LOCKSMITH (not a dealership!) is required to process a refund.

  Original Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable at any time.




• Store Hours

• Orders can be placed on our site at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  Product inquiry emails or technical support questions should be directed by email to OriginalKeyless@aol.com. Questions are answered in the order they are received within 1-24 hours. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us again.
